Costa Mesa, CA. They usually have one in the summer, usually in May. There is also one in December. They post the exact dates online about a week or two before the actual sale. The last one I went to was on May 29, I know this because I just found my receipt in my car today.

Cases for the older MacBook Pros will not fit the new ones. That being said, they do make them for the new ones. Not all of them are rubbery. Personally I don’t like to use them, I just stick mine in a neoprene sleeve.
